Dental Appointments and Cancellations
Please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. If you do not notify our office at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for a missed appointment.
Financial Arrangements for Dental Services
We welcome an open discussion of services and fees prior to treatment in order to avoid any kind of misunderstanding. Once insurance eligibility is determined, as a courtesy to you, we will file for payment of your benefits. We ask that your estimated co-payment and deductible be paid at the time of your service. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards.
