"I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the dental work you performed a few months ago. I have been wearing dentures for more decades than I care to remember and fit was not close to where it should have been but it was tolderable. In June I was fitted for another pair of dentures. After the adjustments, I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am to have a pair that finally fit! My bite is correct and the dentures do not move or slide when I am eating.

I just wanted to commend Dr. Williams and his staff for how well they treated me on yesterday (my first visit to your clinic).Despite the waiting area being filled beyond capacity (Dr. Williams is obviously very popular-people were waiting…outside…in the heat/sun to be seen by this man), his staff remained friendly, courteous, and helpful. EVERYONE had smiles on their faces from the time I entered the building to do my new patient information paperwork until the time I scheduled my next follow up appointment and left the building. To be honest, I was thinking that this would be my first and possibly last trip to see Dr. Williams because I had to park across the street when I arrived and then I walked into a waiting room where it was standing room only; but the moment the receptionist greeted me, I felt as though I were the only client being served. I was never made to feel as though I was in the way or adding to the already hectic and strenous workday of the staff.I just want you to know that I would park a mile away to have my teeth cleaned by such a warm, courteous, and professional staff! Dr. Williams, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for providing me with such wonderful care ..I look forward to having both of my cavities filled in 3 weeks:-)!
